Lindt Excellence, 70% Intense Dark

Woohoo, the first chocolate bar I’m going to try. Considering I’ve never done this before, it will be funny to come back and look at this again after a couple months and see how my tastes and opinions have changed.

The chocolate has a slightly acidic smell, with fruity undertones, and a matte shine. It cracks nicely when I break it. At first taste, it is slightly bitter, which melts into a roasted flavor. It melts away into an orangey flavor at the end of mouth.
